Tarish Financial Privacy Notice

Please take a moment to read this notice carefully. It applies to you if you are a current or former customer of our products and services, or if you are considering them. At Tarish Financial, we are fully committed to safeguarding your privacy. Our practices adhere to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003 (FACT Act), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), and all relevant state laws, as outlined in this privacy notice.

Please note: This privacy notice is intended to provide information and transparency. It does not create a contractual relationship between you and Tarish Financial.

Information We May Collect

We may collect certain nonpublic personal information, including your name, address, phone number, email address, Social Security number, date of birth, and details of your transactions and interactions with Tarish Financial Companies. This information is used to process your transactions, enhance your online experience, or manage your relationship with us.

We may gather this information directly from you, such as through applications or interactions on our website (Tarish Financial), during consultations, or from your employer if related to an employer-sponsored plan. Additionally, we may obtain creditworthiness details from consumer reporting agencies, which could include credit history, credit scores, employment history, income, and household data.

If you own a life insurance policy, we may collect health information as required. This information will only be shared with your consent or as required or permitted by law.

Your privacy is our priority, and we handle all personal information with care and confidentiality.

How Your Information is Used

We primarily use your personal information to provide the products and services you request or those your employer has directed us to deliver on your behalf. We may also share details about your transactions, balances, payment history, and similar experiences among Tarish Financial Companies to support their business operations.

If you participate in an employer-sponsored retirement or savings plan that includes a Tarish Financial or third-party annuity contract or mutual fund, we may share your information with your employer and its authorized agents for plan administration purposes.

Unless directed otherwise by the sponsor of your current or former retirement plan, we may also use your information to market or assess your potential interest in additional products and services offered by Tarish Financial Companies.

We may share your personal information with other Tarish Financial Companies as allowed by law. We do not share your information with anyone outside of these companies unless:

  1. We have your consent.
  2. We are legally permitted to do so.
  3. We reasonably believe, in good faith, that we are legally required to do so.

For example, we may share your information to support our business operations, comply with laws, or fulfill your requests. This includes sharing with:

  • Unaffiliated service providers (e.g., data processing services, printers, mailing facilities).
  • Unaffiliated fund or insurance companies and their agents, when investment options are part of your employer-sponsored plan.
  • Government agencies or regulatory bodies (e.g., for tax purposes or to report suspicious activity).
  • Other organizations with your consent or direction (e.g., when using us as a financial reference).
  • Other entities as required or permitted by law (e.g., for fraud prevention). Your privacy remains a priority in all such instances.

Protecting Your Information

At Tarish Financial, we safeguard your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse. We use physical, electronic, and procedural protections that comply with federal and state standards, including:

  • Secure procedures for accessing and using electronic data.
  • Encryption for transmitting sensitive information on our website.
  • Authentication protocols for telephone interactions.

Access to your information is restricted to Tarish Financial employees and agents who need it to provide you with products and services. Additionally, we require our service providers to uphold privacy and security standards as mandated by law. Your security is our priority.

Your Right to Opt Out

Providing access to your information allows us to offer tailored financial guidance, better services, and lower costs. While we can share information about your transactions and experiences with Tarish Financial Companies without limitation, you have the right to restrict sharing information about your creditworthiness.

Unless you opt out:

  • Tarish Financial Companies with which you have a business relationship may share your creditworthiness information with other Tarish Financial Companies.
  • Other Tarish Financial Companies may use your personal information for marketing purposes.

If you’re a Vermont resident, additional state laws require your consent before sharing creditworthiness information.

Even if you opt out, we may still notify you about new products or services. However, we cannot retract previous disclosures made with your consent.

To opt out of information sharing or marketing, call the National Contact Center at Mobile – +91 2019144151 Office – +91 2017903951, weekdays from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. (ET). Depending on your accounts, you may receive multiple privacy notices.

For accounts with co-owners (e.g., life insurance contracts or brokerage accounts), you can:

  • Opt out separately, or
  • Opt out on behalf of both owners.

If opting out for both, we’ll limit disclosures for both account holders. Your opt-out takes effect promptly and remains in place until you revoke it in writing.
